Emily Dalske, known as “Ghost Fancier” online, is a freelance artist focusing on documentary-style photography and constructing/curating character spaces for film and television. As a disabled non-binary storyteller, centering the voices of other queer and marginalized people is of utmost importance to their praxis. Traditionally educated in English Literature coupled with a career as a public librarian, they often delve into research to inform new creative endeavors. Vintage ephemera, analog gadgets, and drag queens inspire Emily. Ghost Fancier’s work has been sponsored by Tooth & Nail Studio, the Milwaukee Film Festival, and season 21 of the Bravo show Top Chef.
